Our service rates are very competitive - in fact we have not change our labor rate in about 10 years!

We charge a flat rate 1st hour minimum to come out and work on office machines. We offer a warranty up to

30 days, base on the time per visit. Service call's that takes more than an hour are charged on a prorated on

a quarterly hour basis. Labor rates varies based on location. Austin has a standard labor rate, then labor

changes based on the city. .
